Food and eating habits are far more importent than exercise to manage weight and blood sugar level. A breakfast may be sugar free but after eating it should not increase the blood sugar level. People lower avoid sugar but eat too much starchy food which after digestion increase blood sugar level. Use almond, peanut, quinoa, coconut, eggs and cheese for pan cake or omelete. Use butter or clarified butter.
Flours. Quinoa, almond, peanut, coconut are the best. Alternatively gram, millets can be used. Take according to your need. I usually take 1 tablespoon each of almond, coconut and quinoa flours. You can grind yourself if not easily available from market. Add vegetables of choice like onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli. To add volume cabbage can also be added. 1-2 eggs, a cup of water, salt, pepper according to taste. Cheese can also be added if you like. Cook as pan cake or omelette on medium heat using desi ghee (clarified butter). Enjoy.
