Jess King and Sophia Urista Are Expecting Baby No. 2

Peloton’s Jess King and her wife Sophia Urista are expecting a baby girl!

Just three months after the birth of their son Lucien, the couple shared the happy news with a heartfelt Instagram video featuring Urista playing Ablaze by Alanis Morrisette as videos from her pregnancy flashed across the screen. “Waaiiiit for it…And then there were FOUR,” the duo captioned the video. “Jess and I are so excited to announce we are expecting another special addition to our family, our baby girl, blessing us this summer.”

Jess King first announced her own pregnancy with the couple’s first son Lucien or “Luz” in May 2022 during one of her classes. “I’m pregnant!” she excitedly shouted. “Sophia and I are so excited to usher in this new energy into our home and become mothers. My fertility journey was not easy. For the last year unbeknownst to you Peloton, you have been there for me in ways that are powerful and unspoken. So to all of my fertility warriors, I see you, I feel you, I love you.”

King and Urista welcomed Lucien into their family in November 2022. “Meet our LIGHT! Lucien Urista King aka Luz, born 11/16/22 at 4:23am. 7 lbs 9 oz. He’s the happiest, sweetest, most delicious little boy,” they captioned a post announcing their son’s birth “Thank you all for the love and support on this journey. We feel so loved and blessed.”

King and Urista met in 2015 and announced their engagement in 2020. The couple revealed a few weeks ago that they had secretly gotten married among a small group of family and friends in 2021.
