Medical tourism investment initiative in the works

The Barbados Government is working on a medical tourism investment initiative that would allow the University of the West Indies to ensure students entering the medical facility to have access to internships.

This from Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley during Debate on a Resolution to vest 21 acres of land on which the defunct St. Joseph Hospital now stands at Ashton Hall, St. Peter to the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
