Pre-Arrival Facility

To save time, costs, and hardships, it is imperative for foreign patients to plan their treatment in advance; through our pre-arrival services, we make sure that by the time the patient lands in India. All the necessary formalities for treatment have already been completed, and the treatment road is ready. This actually is the most important part of the planning. At this stage, we help a patient choose and decide on the doctors and hospitals for treatment, and thereby an entire roadmap of treatment, accommodation and if possible, some tourism is prepared.
Following are the services that we provide before a patient arrives in India
Send patients’ clinical reports to different doctors and hospitals. Seek the opinion of those doctors.
Share the same information with the patient and help them decide the best doctor(s) and hospital(s) for his/her specific treatment based on his /her budget.
Help the patient understand the process and paperwork for Medical Visa and Treatment as per the laws of both the countries (home country and India)
Let the patient know the approximate number of days of stay required inside and outside the hospital.
Help the patient decide the kind of accommodation he would require during his stay in India.
Discuss the plan with the patient about any possibility of touring some exotic tourist destination(s) in India.
Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, the patient is received from the airport, and there on we take care of all the services that are required till his departure. The idea is to ensure that everything goes as the plan i.e., from accommodation to OPD consultation to admission in the hospital till their return journey. We also arrange to follow up with the concerned doctors from their homeland.
The following is the list of services to help the patient have a smooth process flow at the hospital and his relatives have a comfortable stay in India.
Receive the patient and his attendants at the Indian airport (ambulance, if required) and transfer them to the accommodation/ hospital
Take the patient to the doctor for an OPD consultation. Assure that somebody is there with the patient during the time when tests and OPD consultations are taking place. The patient will not have to run from pillar to post to find his way out for different tests and OPDs until the time patient’s procedure is fixed and admitted.
Arrange for the attendant’s tours during the process of recuperation of the patient, if they require doing so or doing it along with the patient as per the wish of the family.
Help get the patient discharged and settle the bills with the hospital as well as the guest house/hotel while checking out.
