Joining ATP was my Life’s best decision I can ever say. I never saw myself having a flexible body after my child birth. We never realise how unhealthy we could get unless we start doing workouts. I was someone who could never do proper squatting or at least more than 3 lunges on each leg in the proper form. Even though I used to workout from Riyadh, go to gym, may be not regular, very active at home and so on, I used to blindly believe that I am fit. In fact, it was just my blind blunder thought.

After I joined ATP, my 15 sec plank has transformed to 1 minute in a month, I can do 400 jumping jacks in 5 minutes, I love squatting and lunging like never before, I wait for my workout time to get sweaty and feel good, most importantly, I can wear what I love and look healthy eating home cooked meals that I have been eating in my childhood.

Raagi Dosa :
Raagi – 1 cup
Urad dal – 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp

Fish curry:
Fish – 1 kg
Garlic – 5 -6
Shallots – 10
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1tbsp or more
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp or paste – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 3 slit
Ginger – 1 tbsp chopped
Water- 2 cups or more if needed

Tempering :
Coconut oil – 3 – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 4 – 5 chopped
Shallots – 4 – 5 sliced
Curry leaves – few
Dried red chillies – 3 – 4

Energy ball/Sesame ball

White rice – 1 cup
Black sesame seeds – 1 cup
White sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
Grated coconut – 1/5 cup
Jaggery – 2 cups or enough to make it sweet & wet to roll
Cardamom powder – 1/2 – 1 tsp
