COVID-19 cases

Following a declining trend on the number of reported COVID-19 cases in the Philippines from 5 June – 3 Sep 2023, an increase in reported cases was observed on 4 – 10 Sep. There were 894 cases (0.8 case per 100,000 population ) reported on 4 – 10 Sep, 15.0% higher than the 780 cases (0.7 case per 100,000 population ) reported on 28 Aug – 3 Sep.

The three regions with highest case counts from 4 – 10 Sep 2023 were, National Capital Region reporting 306 cases, Region IV-A: CALABARZON reporting 137 cases, and Region III: Central Luzon reporting 101 cases.
