Ebony’s Healthy Mummy journey began when she realised she didn’t want to be 27 and overweight.

“I wanted to be a good role model to my children I wanted to enjoy my life, to happily go out with friends! The Healthy Mummy has helped me achieve this!”

Now 7 years on Ebony says she lost 50kg with the Healthy Mummy back in 2016- 2017 and has once again lost 17.8 kg with the Healthy Mummy in the last 8 months of having her 3rd child in 2023.

“In 2016-2017 I lost 50kgs. I maintained that until 2022 when I fell pregnant with my 3rd bub. I gained 25 kilos over that 9 months and since having Cooper in August 2023 till now May 2024 I have lost 18.8kgs.”

Ebony shares her tips to help stay on track.

  • Meal prepping when Cooper is asleep
  • Doing prep over a few days rather than doing it in one whole setting
  • Set small goals
  • Set alarms for water and food reminders if you need
  • Weigh your food! We often get caught out by guessing a serving size! This is essential when we want to lose weight.
